Creating Clarity & Brightness= Happiness
Meditanya utilizes the essence of Kabbalah and Chassidut to create restraint and positive transformation in our life patterns, enlightening one’s self with the meaning of love and inner joy.
The problem in life is as such:
Only after we lose something,… do we begin to appreciate it
And only after we are late,… do we learn to hurry
Only when we stop loving,… do we let go
And only when we see death,… do we learn to live
So, let’s go – it all depends on us
Allow yourself and be mindful, that it is up to each and every one of us, to
Turn Darkness into Light &
Bitterness into Sweetness.
-Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak of Lubavitch
Mak-sha-vot tovot= Positive thoughts.
By changing patterns of thoughts, regardless of our own subjective, negative, old patterns, we can transform darkness into light. How do we do that ? By tapping into the Divine within. How can we tap into the Divine within ? Through exploring the world of Jewish mysticism and the Holy Scriptures, which are revealing Divine patterns that help you to create a real change in your life and to create a better reality in all of your relationships, thus connecting you to the Divine.
We want to create change. We want to break through our own limitations. We want to feel self-growth and to empower ourselves. In order to tune to that frequency, we need to go through a real sense and a feeling of…I want to change. When I’m vibrating on that frequency of change, of growth, I need to realize and to be conscious to something that is very simple, though very deep. The language that I am using is the pattern, the way I communicate with myself. We need to be very mindful of the patterns of thought within us, to the extent of which words we are using within us, when we want to break through our limitations, to create change, or self-growth, in any aspect of life.
Meditanya’s philosophy is based on creating new communication, new patterns of thoughts, that will allow you to break through and create a new reality for your self and while doing so, creating a positive change in all of your relationships. Those new patterns are being explained in the method of the
‘tzi-m-tzum’, a divine wisdom that exists in the Holy Scriptures of Judaism- mainly in Chassidut- that’s guiding us in creating the right movement of communication with one’s Self and reflecting the right order for new patterns to be created. And thanks to those Divine patterns, we can create the breakthrough that we desire.
In order to reach brightness in life we need to connect constantly to our will, to the thought that I feel in the present. Now in the beginning, this procedure is a bit unfamiliar, so it will be difficult, but all starts in life are difficult, aren’t they? So first, be mindful of it. What is the feeling that I have in the present moment? Verbalize it. Give to it letters, in the thought dimension. See clear, will it, feel it. Say it to yourself and hear how it sounds. Then, the feeling of it will resonate within you, the movement to speak differently, to create differently, but the first stage is the mindfulness, the awareness of the thought that is in the present, and that’s where meditation is a vessel to teach you and to guide you into that space.
Actually, in Meditanya’s retreats, seminars, and lectures, we’re teaching the path, the way, the journey, to reach that destination. Step by step allowing us to tame the mind, slowly, slowly, not to control it, but to navigate it. One cannot control his mind, and if he can, it’s only for a few moments, or even seconds. Learn to navigate your emotions, create clarity, and achieve brightness, thus discovering happiness within.
